We took a ring-necked drake near the boat ramp 20 minutes after legal shooting hours.  Not long after that, utility work began on the high line wires next to the dam.  A helicopter kept ferrying equipment and 2 crews of workers from pole to pole.  What birds there were (about 15 in total) hung out on the south end in or near the no hunting zone.
