We had a few birds come in high from the south in the morning. We got our first bird about 30 minutes after shooting light. A pair of spoonies decoyed in.  There wasn't much for the next two hours.  Anything that did come through was super high and they were fighting the winds like crazy. Then at about 930 a ton of birds picked up from somewhere in the west and a couple decoyed in. We got a total of 3. Should have had a few more. There weren't as many flying as I thought there would be but the winds were pretty bad. The only good news about the wind is that we didn't have to go out into the water to retrieve the birds. The wind would push them right to shore.
