Water level still pretty low.  We set up on the 2 “fingers” between the blind and the dam.  About 40% of the birds came to our spread.  40% landed closer to the dam out of shooting range. 10% landed directly across from the blind on the west side of the lake. 10% worked the decoys for several passes, finally saw something they didnt like and took off.  We had a large group of gadwall work us for about 4 minutes and never would commit.  Ended the day with 7 teal and 1 lesser scaup.  Most of the action was in the first 80-90 minutes.
