Didn't see anything for the first 20 minutes then came a group of 6 ringnecks that we dropped 4. My son’s friend who we took out duck hunting for the first time got his first duck on that pass. Waited for another hour then came a group of 3 canvasbacks and we dropped 2 of them. Got a drake what was young. Waited another hour and probably saw another 5 birds flying high. Then came a group of three that actually landed and we were able to get two which were the gadwall and the wigeon. Surprisingly they were flying together. All together we probably only saw about  20 to 25 birds but when we saw them they wanted to decoy.
