Steve and Seth. That is really great news about the new property. Since it will be available February 1st, when can we start reserving it?

Hoepefully late January. Don't have an exact date, but likely a few days before the 1st. Still have some details to work out with the landowner.

Thanks Bill. On another note, we had a hot lead for another lake in the Bandera area last month. We drove from Dallas to San Antonio with our shock boat, spent the next day evaluating the lake and driving back. Unfortunately, the lake did not make the cut. Great property, great people, great facilities, but the fish were severely stunted. We sent a detailed report with recommendations. They plan to implement. So maybe ready in a couple of years. We are working hard to find more properties down south! This one just did not pan out.
