I bought my first fly rod a couple years ago, then had shoulder surgery and have used it exactly twice.  I'd love to spend some time with it, under the guidance of someone that knows something.I live in Plano also, and would be willing to try to get together, as long as you wouldn't mind fishing with an absolute novice. The wind has not been kind to trying to learn to fly-fish the last few years.
