Just Curious - Any Early Reports on the New Club Property Near Conroe: San Jacinto Bend?

This new PWF site was quickly booked for several days following becoming available. Would anyone care to share their initial experience at this location?

We had a member fish solo for 3 hours from the bank. He caught 6 fish. 5 small fish and a 2.5 lber. So a fish every 1/2 hour. The lake is easily bank fished, but likely better fishing from a boat. We just need the rain to stop for awhile.
