I fished there this past weekend. Water was clear despite being overcast and the wind howling. The on site boat is a 12ft tracker. It's pretty small but should be ok for a guy buy himself. That kinda scares me a lil bit being alone out there, it is very remote. No cell service. Your car should make it fine if it doesn't rain a lot. I would take an extra plug for the boat just in case. Also if that wind is howling I strongly suggest some type of anchor. I'm assuming you have a good battery and trolling motor. Brush piles and lay downs everywhere.

The location is very remote. I took 2 cellphones with me when i went. Oklahoma is in a drought right now so the roads should be ok. Im very surprised at the lack of big fish reports from this lake. Seems like lots of numbers. i had a good day there last february. caught a bunch between 2-5lbs. I had my best luck around the island, throwing a 3/16oz white spinner bait.

My fishing buddy was diagnosed with cancer and confirmed he can not make the trip. I will go solo, just concerned about the road in a car during wet conditions. Considering the remoteness and lack of cell signal I would welcome company. First time to this site, just being cautious.

I have booked Indian Hollow for two trips during the last week in March. Its my first trip to this site and was hoping someone that's been there could fill me in on water visibility, the onsite boat, and the road condition to the lake.
I've gathered from reading all the reports that the water is pretty clear most times. I try to use heavier line when I can especially when the cover is thick. What would you recommend for line test (fluorocarbon) considering the visibility and cover.
I can't take my company truck up there and was wondering if I would have a problem getting my car to the lake if it were to rain. Also has anyone used the onsite boat or seen it, and if so what did you think.
These trips I've booked are on the Partner Finder if anyone is interested. Thanks in advance for your reply.
