Heartland 10-10 - which lake?

I have a friend joining and we are going to 10-10 in Mid-November. I haven't fished there. Which lake would be the best for this time of the year? I want to make sure he has the best chance for a good first trip out.

HomePlace and Beaver are the most popular for a reason. I like Homeplace, but many like Beaver. You can't go wrong with either.
