fishing reports

Can only the reserving member post a report? My buddy reserved the trip but isn't a fishing report kind of guy. so I sent a report in thinking that it would be informational. but it didn't get posted  If only the reservewing member can post, why?

Any active member can post a fishing report. You do not have to be the reserving member. I'm not sure what report you submitted as nothing came through. Would you mind trying again? Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm not sure what happened to your report.
